Join Karen to discuss de-escalation for mild to moderate incidents in schools. We will cover an in-depth explanation of de-escalation, complete with strategies to suit every level of incident. We will look at why positive relationships really matter, and how we can build this relationship and use it to identify triggers and promote suitable regulation strategies. Finally, we will briefly cover emotional literacy and resilience, with our usual exemplars and scenarios and, of course, a Q+A.
